What do we mean by Real Estate Investing Simplified?

To answer this, I need to tell you about my background. Since 1997, I am in IT specializing in implementing Enterprise resource planning  applications primarily used by big organizations. During this time, I used to work as a freelancer, and sometimes I used to wonder about another income stream.

So, around 2009, I started looking for some sources for passive income. The intent was that this second stream of income will help fund my retirement. After studying, investigating, and exploring many options, I landed on real estate investing. I realized this was the most passive way of making money. So from 2009 till 2012, I was researching and looking for properties to buy but could not leap, as lots of things were new, and I had no experience in this area. At that time, I used to wonder if I could find a freelancer or a consultant who could work with me and help me navigate this process.

Real Estate Investing Simplified is that friendly helping hand, is that sounding board that people need when they are venturing into this world of Real Estate Investing.
